• Lead the end-to-end UI design process for web and mobile applications, from initial concept to final developer hand-off. • Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. • Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes (using Figma) to demonstrate complex animations and transitions. • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define product direction and ensure technical feasibility. • Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and maintaining high quality standards. • Incorporate accessibility standards and user research insights into design decisions to create inclusive, user-centric experiences.

• Own the end-to-end channel partner experience. • Conduct research and behavioral data to inform design decisions and iterate quickly. • Create IA, user flows, and interactive prototypes that demonstrate how to simplify complex processes. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and UX designers. • Contribute to and evolve our Figma component library. • Balance visual and interaction design, your focus is on how it works and how it looks.

• Execute the product design process, ensuring a seamless and end-to-end user experience • Independently create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, managing all aspects of product design. • Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to guide and validate design decisions. • Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards. • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design vision is executed accurately. • Collaborate with other designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
