Senior UX Designer
URUS Group
• Lead the end-to-end UI design process for web and mobile applications, from initial concept to final developer hand-off. • Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. • Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes (using Figma) to demonstrate complex animations and transitions. • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define product direction and ensure technical feasibility. • Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and maintaining high quality standards. • Incorporate accessibility standards and user research insights into design decisions to create inclusive, user-centric experiences.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in UX or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital projects.
- Expert-level mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript) to facilitate smooth developer hand-offs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
