Senior Account Manager

• Own the quality, health, and profitability of critical client relationships. • Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients through transformational journeys. • Drive 30% year-on-year revenue growth in your portfolio. • Partner with Delivery, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment with client objectives. • Transition contracts from fixed-price projects to long-term teams. • Manage the entire sales cycle for assigned accounts, including RFPs and negotiations. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-impact solutions. • Track project progress and communicate updates effectively to clients.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience in the software or services industry
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory landscape (e.g., data sovereignty, cloud compliance).
  • Ability to articulate the value of cloud technologies (Google Cloud) and digital transformation to non-technical stakeholders.
