IT Business Analyst, Full-time
Securitas AB
• Elicitation, analysis and documentation of business requirements • Maintenance of the application landscape and support for digitization and standardization of processes • Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement potential and continuously optimize solutions • Support solution design and evaluate technical options • Participate in IT projects as the central point of contact for requirements management • Support implementations, testing, acceptance, rollouts and assist business units with the introduction of new applications • Execute or coordinate system and user acceptance testing, prepare training materials and deliver training sessions • Handle requests and incident reports in the ticketing system
Job Requirements
- Successfully completed technical education with an IT focus
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role
- Understanding of IT architectures, interfaces, data models and system landscapes, and experience in process development
- Excellent German and very good English
- Precise, self-reliant, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanour
