• Gain hands‑on experience building content and shaping channel strategies • Write, edit, and create content that aligns with brand voice and channel norms • Monitor conversations, moderate engagement, and practice social listening using Sprinklr • Support customer, employee, and executive advocacy initiatives • Assist with insights, reporting, and presentations to explain what’s working and what’s not • Learn how brands prepare for sensitive moments and apply sound judgment during crises
