• Assurer le coaching, l’encadrement et le développement continu des représentants de votre territoire. • Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients stratégiques tout en identifiant activement de nouvelles opportunités de croissance. • Maximiser les ventes et les parts de marché auprès des clients existants. • Bâtir et maintenir des relations solides avec les partenaires clés, détaillants et distributeurs de la région. • Déployer les programmes et initiatives de ventes sur le terrain. • Travailler en synergie avec les équipes internes. • Effectuer un suivi rigoureux des indicateurs de performance (KPI), analyser les résultats.
Job Requirements
- Expérience solide en ventes et développement des affaires, idéalement dans l’industrie des produits de consommation ou des boissons.
- Expérience en coaching, supervision ou développement d’équipes de ventes.
- Bonne connaissance du marché de l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue et de son réseau de distribution.
- Fortes aptitudes en négociation, communication et gestion relationnelle.
- Capacité démontrée à développer des relations d’affaires durables et à générer de la croissance.
- Esprit entrepreneurial, grande autonomie et rigueur organisationnelle.
- Disponibilité requise pour des déplacements fréquents sur le territoire (permis de conduire valide essentiel).

**THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 🤝** - This is a **hands on sales** role - 60% will involve actively **searching** **for** and **approaching** **potential B2B clients** - **calling** is a must. - 30% will include **meetings** and **administrative** **tasks**, such as: - Preparing presentations and presenting them to clients. - Preparing offers, contracts, and documentation for invoicing. - Working with data and reporting - we use **Pipedrive** as a **CRM**. - Collaborating on the development of Hedepy for Business. - 10% will be dedicated to **supporting** and **educating** the Hungarian **team** of 2 B2B Sales Specialists - István and Adam.
