Litigation, Pre-Litigation Paralegal
WOW Remote Teams
• Manage assigned litigation and pre-litigation cases from intake through resolution • Handle client follow-ups and maintain consistent, professional communication • Draft and assist with discovery responses, including interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions • Support motion practice through legal research and drafting assistance • Coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and internal case deadlines • Request, organize, and summarize medical records and billing documentation • Assist with demand packages and pre-suit correspondence • Track deadlines, billing requests, and maintain accurate, well-organized case files • Use Microsoft Office, legal software, and AI-assisted tools to draft correspondence while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a paralegal in litigation and/or pre-litigation matters
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (English proficiency is critical)
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern legal technology
