Paralegal

• Managing and handling motor vehicle property and debt recovery claims • Working on both litigated and non litigated matters • Negotiating daily with insurers, lawyers and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients • Speaking with clients and third parties to facilitate the recovery of claims • Drafting legal documents and preparing litigation material • Assisting colleagues with tasks and drafting of documents
Job Requirements
- Some experience in the insurance industry, particularly motor vehicle claims not essential but highly regarded
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work independently when required
- A strong desire to learn, grow and develop legal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
- A positive attitude and professional work ethic
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong organisational and time management skills
