• Identify, evaluate, and close partnerships with **VCs, market makers, hedge funds, quant firms, and strategic partners** to enhance liquidity and expand institutional adoption. • Lead Aster’s institutional growth strategy in the US, bringing in meaningful volume through both new and existing relationships. • Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding to long-term relationship management and retention. • Work closely with **Product, Marketing, and Operations** teams to align institutional BD efforts with product roadmap, campaign initiatives, and exchange performance goals. • Represent Aster at **crypto conferences, investor roundtables, and institutional meetups** to promote brand visibility and strengthen industry ties.

Job Requirements

  • Strong network across **VCs, market makers, funds, quant firms, and institutional trading partners**.
  • 5+ years** of proven experience in **business development, partnerships, or institutional sales** within **CEX/DEX, prime brokerage, hedge fund, or market maker** environments.
  • Demonstrated track record in **closing high-value institutional deals** and delivering measurable trading volume.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly **results-driven and fast executor**, capable of sourcing and converting leads independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of **crypto market structure, perpetual DEX models, and institutional trading dynamics**.
