• Monitor and manage AR orders. • Process or reject AR orders. • Review fraudulent orders. • Follow up with clients regarding their orders via phone or email. • Provide and clarify information regarding our products via telephone calls. • Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. • Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products.

Job Requirements

  • High attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and fraud review is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with active listening.
