Role Description Vous réaliserez l'ensemble des opérations qui permettent la détermination des droits à éléments variables de rémunération (EVR) ainsi que la gestion administrative du temps de travail et des absences des personnels civils de l’EFM dans le respect de la réglementation en lien avec le centre ministériel de gestion (CMG) de Toulon. - Appliquerez les procédures et les circuits en matière de gestion administrative du temps de travail, des absences et des éléments variables de rémunération du personnel civil de l’EFM Toulon. - Recueillerez, vérifierez et saisirez dans le logiciel SAPHIA les EVR des unités soutenues pour transmission au CMG. - Accueillerez les agents et les informerez de leur situation administrative et de leurs droits individuels, notamment au vu du SIRH Alliance. - Gérerez les situations individuelles des agents : établissement d'attestations, notification des décisions individuelles... - Traiterez les dossiers individuels (attestations, demandes établies sous Démarches simplifiées dans le SI LIBELLUS …). - Apporterez aux RHC des unités soutenues comme aux administrés l’expertise métier propre au domaine. - Suivrez le temps de travail et les congés du personnel civil de l’EFM Toulon. - Gérerez la campagne Compte Epargne Temps (CET).
