Job Description

Oracle OCI Administrator, BICC

Elfonze Technologies

• Manage cloud infrastructure, data extracts, scheduling, monitoring, and production support for Oracle Fusion ERP environments • OCI Administration: Administer OCI environments, including compartments, IAM policies, Object Storage, and networking components • Manage user access, roles, policies, and security controls in OCI • Monitor OCI resources, logs, and alerts to ensure system availability and performance • Support OCI connectivity for Oracle Fusion integrations (Object Storage, OIC, ATP) • Raise and track Oracle SRs related to OCI services and outages • Perform routine maintenance and health checks • BICC Administration: Administer BICC extracts for Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance / SCM / HCM) • Schedule, monitor, and re-run ESS jobs for full and incremental extracts • Troubleshoot BICC failures related to data volume, credentials, or Object Storage • Manage Object Storage buckets, credentials, and access policies for BICC outputs • Coordinate with reporting and data teams for extract availability and issues

Job Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP / Cloud administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with OCI administration (IAM, Object Storage, Monitoring, Networking)
  • Proven experience administering BICC in Oracle Fusion environments
  • Experience in production support, incident management, and SLA-driven environments
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules from an admin/support perspective
  • Experience working with Oracle Support and managing SRs
  • Nice to Have Exposure to OIC monitoring and administration
  • Experience with ATP or OCI Data Integration
  • Oracle OCI certifications
