• Own demand planning, forecasting, and performance insights by product and channel across Snif’s DTC and wholesale businesses • Lead forecasting and scenario planning for DTC and wholesale businesses at the SKU level by week or month • Forecast initial launch quantities for new products using historical performance, comparable SKUs, and business context • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and operations to assess the demand impact of promotions, launches, and activations • Own weekly reporting on the most critical business trends, including: DTC performance (sales, AOV, SKU-level trends), wholesale sell-through by SKU and door, inventory levels and forward-looking risk or opportunity • Build and maintain KPI tracking for newer, high-priority channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop • Support in-month budgeting and forecasting across revenue, margin, and operating expenses • Produce sales and performance analysis by SKU and channel for leadership, investors, and board materials • Contribute to management and board presentations that clearly articulate performance trends and strategic implications

• Own the end-to-end revenue and sales Opex planning process, partnering with Sales leadership to build budgets and forecasts that balance analytical rigor with the flexibility required in a fast-moving SaaS environment. • Develop a deep understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition and core sales drivers (pipeline, bookings, renewals, expansion) to deliver accurate revenue and Opex forecasts, monthly variance analysis, and actionable insights. • Partner closely with Sales org and Accounting to identify, quantify, and communicate key risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment between operational performance, financial reporting, and forecast expectations. • Lead and guide the FP&A team in delivering high-quality financial analysis, budget reporting, and scenario modeling that informs strategic prioritization and resource allocation across the Sales organization. • Define and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for Sales, translating complex data into clear, decision-ready reporting for senior leadership. • Analyze various data sets to produce reports and dashboards that support decision-making • Provide leadership and mentorship to the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

• Conduct comprehensive commercial due diligence and financial analysis for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. • Support in the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other advisory transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and coordination with clients and other stakeholders. • Conduct comprehensive research on technology sub-sectors, companies, and market trends to support advisory services and inform strategic recommendations. • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate transactions and other strategic decision making. • Develop and optimise data analytics and visualisation dashboards to deliver insights to clients and internal stakeholders. • Prepare pitch decks, industry-specific slides, and customized content for client presentations and pitch books and provide presentation support, including formatting, structuring and ensuring visual and analytical consistency. • Collaborate closely with the team using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel for seamless integration into ongoing projects.

• Lead the corporate finance reporting cadence, including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reviews. • Consolidate financial results, forecasts, and outlooks into a cohesive, executive-ready financial narrative. • Own and maintain the company’s three-statement financial models, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with reported results. • Lead balance sheet and cash flow planning, including variance analysis and clear commentary explaining period-over-period changes. • Own all external financial reporting deliverables and ensure consistency between internal management reporting and externally shared financial information. • Support the CFO with financial analysis and reporting related to banking relationships, lender requirements, and covenant reporting. • Own global planning assumptions and the corporate labor model, including headcount and compensation assumptions aligned with functional plans. • Serve as the primary finance business partner to G&A teams, supporting budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial decision-making. • Analyze financial performance, trends, and drivers, translating results into clear insights and implications for future periods. • Coordinate inputs, assumptions, and commentary across the Finance team to ensure integrated, consistent, and timely reporting. • Manage and develop one Lead Financial Analyst, providing clear priorities, review, and coaching to ensure high-quality outputs.
