• Deliver data-driven solutions that optimize fleet utilization and operational efficiency across 46,000+ assets in 545+ locations. • Enable decision-making through demand forecasting, asset cascading, contract analysis, and risk detection. • Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to take models from concept to production on AWS. • Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, Snowpipe, internal systems, Salesforce, SharePoint, and DocuSign. • Build and maintain dimensional data models in Snowflake using dbt, including data quality checks (Great Expectations, Deequ). • Implement CDC patterns for near real-time data synchronization. • Manage and evolve the data platform across S3 Data Lake (Apache Iceberg) and Snowflake data warehouse. • Prepare ML features using SageMaker Feature Store. • Develop analytical dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting production ETL/ELT pipelines
- Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, performance optimization)
- Strong Python skills (pandas, API integrations)
- Proven experience with Snowflake (schema design, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, performance tuning, data quality)
- Solid knowledge of AWS services: S3, Lambda, EventBridge, IAM, CloudWatch, Step Functions
- Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling (Kimball methodology, SCDs)
- Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or similar)
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with data quality frameworks (Great Expectations, Deequ), Knowledge of CDC tools and concepts (AWS DMS, Kafka, Debezium), Hands-on experience with data lake technologies (Apache Iceberg, Parquet), Exposure to ML data pipelines and feature stores (SageMaker Feature Store), Experience with document processing tools such as Amazon Textract

Role Description The Access to Medicines Program team is responsible for strengthening access to quality medications and healthcare systems in the developing world by: - Generating, sustaining, and growing Gift-in-Kind (GIK) product donations. - Developing strategic partnerships (GIK and non-GIK) with pharmaceutical and medical supply donors. - Strengthening supply chain management and distribution of high-quality medications and supplies through trusted partners. Reporting to the Vice President, Access to Medicines Program, The Specialist plays a critical role in: - Data collection, impact measurement, partner reporting, and capacity-building activities. - Working closely with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting that supports program strategy and operations. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities - Data Collection, Reporting, & Impact Measurement: - Support the collection, review, validation, and analysis of donee data related to offers, applications, shipments, distribution reports, and partner performance. - Maintain dashboards, reports, and performance summaries, and KPI tracking aligned with established AMP and organizational frameworks. - Monitor data quality and ensure timely and accurate data entry in the Warehouse Management System (HighJump Edge). - Coordinate with Monitoring & Evaluation colleagues to contribute to program evaluation, learning, and continuous improvement. - Partner Engagement & Capacity Support: - Support AMP impact by engaging donee partners to collect qualitative and quantitative information. - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across partner data to inform program improvements and capacity-building priorities. - Coordinate and deliver training for AMP staff and partners on reporting requirements, compliance, and best practices. - Support ongoing improvements to partner communications and data collection processes. - Research, Communications & Program Support: - Conduct research to support AMP initiatives, donor reporting, and internal planning. - Contribute to AMP reports, presentations, and donor-facing materials. - Collaborate with the Communications & Marketing team to support storytelling and program visibility. - Create and support AMP presentations and communications for internal and external audiences. - Collaboration & Organizational Support: - Work collaboratively with internal teams across US and international offices. - Support fundraising efforts and grant-writing activities related to the Access to Medicines Program. - Represent AMP in external meetings, conferences, and networking events. - Provide coordination and operational support to the Vice President, Access to Medicines Program, as needed. Qualifications - Three to five years of experience in international development, supply chain management, partner or vendor management, or compliance. - Experience with monitoring and evaluation, a plus. - Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). - Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookups, etc.). - Experience with web-based learning platforms, a plus. - Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism. - Comfortable learning new software systems or a working knowledge of databases or Warehouse Management Systems. - A creative thinker with superior written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in training development and delivery. - Language skills in French or Spanish, a plus. - Bachelor’s degree required. • Perform data cleaning, mapping, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency across customer and CRM datasets. • Prepare and maintain datasets for analysis, reporting, and dashboarding related to B2C and CRM initiatives. • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and funnel metrics to support business decision-making. • Work closely with the B2C and CRM teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements. • Support ongoing projects by maintaining and updating large datasets and recurring reports. • Document data definitions and processes, and contribute to improvements in analytics workflows.
