• Engineer Data Delivery & Modeling • Build transformation layers using SQL and Python. • Lead implementation of internal data apps. • Architect geospatial workflows. • Engineer automated validation pipelines for data quality. • Build and maintain containerized connectors. • Collaborate on core database architecture with Data Infrastructure Engineer.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest data from disparate sources into our data warehouse/lake. • Research and develop high-performance machine learning models to solve complex business problems. • Wrap models into production-ready APIs and integrate them into our core product. • Implement automated workflows for data validation, model training, and continuous deployment (CI/CD for ML). • Monitor pipeline latency and model drift, ensuring that the system remains performant and accurate as data evolves.

• Build tools that directly support progressive campaigns and organizers in election season (Polling Place images, etc) • Work with our Core Data Team on precinct election results and data analysis • Contribute to internal tooling, automations, and infrastructure to improve team workflows • Build, test, and maintain backend systems, including agentic AI pipelines or experimental prototypes • Write clean, well-documented code to support operations and innovation • Take a systematic approach to tasks: define goals, structure work, document outcomes • Stay organized in the face of ambiguity; prioritize well and manage time independently • Sweat the small stuff: flag edge cases, catch bugs early, follow naming conventions, write good commit messages

Role Description You'll be building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our global platform. This means working on 1datapipe®, customer profiling, innovation projects and owning data pipelines that process millions of transactions daily. We're a small team. You'll work autonomously but with proper support, collaborate across engineering functions, and focus on solving real data problems rather than theoretical ones.
