Azure Data Engineer
SR International Incorporation
• Develop and orchestrate data pipelines using Azure Data Factory/Synapse. • Build data warehousing and perform analytics engineering using Azure Synapse Analytics. • Optimize T-SQL queries and implement indexing strategies. • Set up ETL/ELT frameworks with error handling and incremental loads. • Integrate various data formats from different sources. • Utilize source control and deployment practices for team collaboration.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced development and orchestration of data pipelines using Azure Data Factory/Synapse or similar cloud based platforms.
- Data warehousing and analytics engineering using Azure Synapse Analytics or similar cloud based platforms.
- Strong T-SQL skills, including query optimization, indexing strategies, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Implementation of ETL/ELT frameworks, including incremental loads, CDC patterns, and error handling.
- Integration of structured and semi-structured data (CSV, JSON, XML) from APIs, SFTP, and vendor systems.
- Source control and deployment practices using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Azure Data Engineer Associate certification

Role Description You'll be building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our global platform. This means working on 1datapipe®, customer profiling, innovation projects and owning data pipelines that process millions of transactions daily. We're a small team. You'll work autonomously but with proper support, collaborate across engineering functions, and focus on solving real data problems rather than theoretical ones.
