• Manage the complete recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and write clear, engaging job descriptions • Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels • Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and offer rollouts • Maintain accurate candidate data and reports using HRMS or ATS tools • Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and other recruitment campaigns • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media hiring campaigns • Keep up-to-date with recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and job platforms
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools or ATS software
