Account Manager – APAC

P2P Labs & P2P Tech Services

• Own and grow Tier-0 and Tier-1 enterprise accounts across APAC. • Increase TVL, product attach rate, and network coverage per account. • Build and execute account growth plans across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions. • Run QBRs and EBRs, negotiate expansions, renewals, and co-marketing initiatives. • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, BD, marketing, and compliance. • Track integration health, SLAs, and revenue-impacting issues. • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in HubSpot. • Represent P2P.org at APAC industry events and partner meetings.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in enterprise account management, channel partnerships, or B2B sales in crypto, fintech, or infrastructure.
  • Proven success growing revenue within Tier-0 and Tier-1 enterprise accounts.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments across APAC.
  • Strong understanding of staking and crypto infrastructure.
  • Executive presence with exchanges, custodians, funds, banks, and aggregators.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin Chinese or other APAC languages are a plus.
