• Take on diverse QA tasks with a proactive approach, and don’t shy away from stepping outside the QA box when needed. • Participate in the development team, offering technical guidance focused on performance, along with both automated and manual testing. • Comprehend, assess, and respond to business needs, laying the groundwork for Agile development methodologies. • Determine which components require testing and establish swift, practical testing strategies that align with the development team's efforts. • Adhere to best practices, advocate for industry standards, and ensure our products deliver reliability and an outstanding user experience. • Understand business requirements and their implications on project delivery, collaborating with business analysts to clarify any uncertainties. • Conduct software quality assurance through performance and automation testing tools. • Compile, analyze, and present test findings.

• Modify existing test plans to fit our clients implementation to cover all applicable test area's and scope • Manage and lead the two test analysts work • Lead creation of the test plan • Organize creation and documentation of test cases within a client testing tool (ex: Jira, ServiceNow, etc) • Lead the creation of testing status readouts • Ability to triage defects with two test analyst with support from Infoverity developer resources

• Work under the Test Lead to execute all technical client test cases within the Informatica IDMC product suite with assistance from the team. • Capture screenshots and compile detailed documentation of all performed testing to serve as evidence. • Communicate clearly with the Test Lead regarding the status of test cases (Pass/Fail). • Identify and communicate defects immediately to the Test Lead and/or Infoverity developers. • Coordinate with the team to ensure technical requirements are met during testing. • Maintain an organized log of test results and defect tracking.

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and test plans for web and mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. • Lead quality assurance efforts from requirements analysis through production deployment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. • Architect and implement scalable automated testing frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing across web and mobile environments. • Develop and execute test cases for front-end applications (React, TypeScript), mobile applications (iOS and Android), and backend services, ensuring comprehensive coverage. • Perform thorough testing on native iOS and Android applications, including functionality, usability, compatibility, and regression testing. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify potential quality risks. • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture focused on quality excellence. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging testing tools and methodologies to continuously improve our quality processes.
