Pre-Sales Engineer
Ajax Systems
• Assist technically business development manager for customer meetings; • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on the product (for customers and company employees); • Present new products and new features for Ajax Systems distributors, as well as installers; • Teach technical staff at distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology; • Promote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, technical consultation, and support of key clients; • Market research and comparative characteristics of products of the competitors; • Develop long-term relationships with key partners of the company; • Beta test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the rest of the team. • Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in IT /electronic engineering.
- Professional experience with Alarm Systems, video surveillance, security, telecommunications, and other related areas.
- An excellent working knowledge of Alarm systems, IP CCTV.
- Experience in installing/designing alarm, video surveillance systems, fire alarms, access control, or other security systems.
- Experience in training delivery or public speaking (as an advantage).
- Strong communication skills.
- Available to travel across the region.
- Has an outgoing personality, is enthusiastic, and can work independently.

• Provide pre-sales support to sales teams through highly technical presentations, demonstrations, and sales engagements for our corporate/higher ed customer base. • Consult with corporate/higher ed customers and Promethean teams on solution planning/design, and all technical elements of the sales cycle. • Provide ongoing technical support and technical consultation to Promethean corporate/higher ed customers and build long term relationships securing hardware, software, and service sales. • Collaborate and interact with corporate/higher ed customers, sales team and extended Promethean teams on assigned accounts and provide a high level of technical pre and post-sales support. • Support and educate corporate/higher ed customer base with Promethean implementations, technical trainings, solution integrations, and escalation needs. • Provide/deliver technical/consultative training • Test product and release builds to provide feedback for designated channels. • Raise awareness in assigned accounts about the Promethean solution
