Principal Product Manager – Database Kernel
TIDB
• Formulate the strategic planning of the product • Collaborate closely with the development team, leading and driving the targeted creation and successful release of features. • Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction through the design and supervision of a comprehensive set of products, tools, and features. • Create product-related promotional and marketing materials, and drive product and product strategy. • Establish a feedback loop with customers to incorporate enhancements into the product. • Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one of the database products such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, or MariaDB.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in database-related product management.
- Experience working in the database ecosystem, familiarity with the TiDB ecosystem is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.

Product Manager, eHealth to our team! The Assoc. Product Manager, eHealth (APM) will be responsible for tactical support of Navitus eHealth services, which include: - e-prescribing (eRx) - electronic prior authorization (ePA) - real time prescription benefits (RTPB) The APM will report to and provide support to the Manager, Digital Health. Responsibilities include: - Assisting with and identifying solutions for system enhancements, stability, and quality by working with IT resources. - Creating and monitoring metrics that ensure product accuracy and quality, vendor strategy, and product management. - Participating in certification testing with vendors alongside IT resources. - Assisting in oversight of system enhancements and creating business requirements. - Troubleshooting, developing, and reviewing requirements. - Tracking all eHealth transactions in Navitus systems. - Reviewing all eHealth invoices and transaction details from eHealth vendors. - Producing eHealth transactions billing statements to Navitus clients. - Crafting presentations to clients and prospective clients that highlight the value of eHealth products. - Developing a deep understanding of industry standards as a business and technical subject matter expert for eHealth products.
