Senior Product Manager – AI/ML Model Development

• Gain a deep understanding of the SmarterDx user and buyer market. • Prioritize and evaluate cutting edge research and experimentation against product and business goals. • Engage with customers to understand their workflow needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvements. • Write, standardize, and maintain product and technical documentation and role-model strong project management practices. • Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure product performance and adoption. • Develop a roadmap of product enhancements, features, and solutions to continue to innovate and evolve the product. • Identify opportunities to enable teams to move more quickly by understanding constraints and trade-offs • Lead cross functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers through the product development lifecycle from inception to launch of new features. • Communicate your strategic vision for the product to cross functional stakeholders, working closely with leadership to ensure alignment. • Understand interactions and impact between multiple simultaneous experiments, discern outcomes, and decide the best strategic path forward.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of product management experience
  • Experience building tools and features that serve a single product and scale effectively to a full product suite
  • Ability to translate highly technical work and requirements into business goals and impact, and vice versa
  • Experience working at an early-stage company or similarly fast-paced environment
  • 2-3+ years of experience working within the healthtech space, ideally in RCM and/or B2B products
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and other technical teams to drive product success.
  • Experience managing both external and internal (Customer Success, Implementations, etc.) stakeholders

Product Manager, eHealth to our team! The Assoc. Product Manager, eHealth (APM) will be responsible for tactical support of Navitus eHealth services, which include: - e-prescribing (eRx) - electronic prior authorization (ePA) - real time prescription benefits (RTPB) The APM will report to and provide support to the Manager, Digital Health. Responsibilities include: - Assisting with and identifying solutions for system enhancements, stability, and quality by working with IT resources. - Creating and monitoring metrics that ensure product accuracy and quality, vendor strategy, and product management. - Participating in certification testing with vendors alongside IT resources. - Assisting in oversight of system enhancements and creating business requirements. - Troubleshooting, developing, and reviewing requirements. - Tracking all eHealth transactions in Navitus systems. - Reviewing all eHealth invoices and transaction details from eHealth vendors. - Producing eHealth transactions billing statements to Navitus clients. - Crafting presentations to clients and prospective clients that highlight the value of eHealth products. - Developing a deep understanding of industry standards as a business and technical subject matter expert for eHealth products. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. - Experience in product management, formal/informal leadership, and team collaboration/relationship-building management is essential. - Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), biomedical, or digital health industries is preferred. - Experience with program audits and quality is preferred. - Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives. - The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees. Requirements - Work with Health Strategies leadership to execute goals and objectives for Navitus eHealth products. - Responsible for the timely completion of eHealth product reports for transaction data and billing for Finance and Customer Success teams. - Develop and maintain internal eHealth product metrics. - Assist IT support teams to execute on testing of system enhancements, test cases, managing defects, and documenting results within required timeframes. - Leverage competitive intelligence and evolving industry best practices to define and steer Navitus’ products to be an industry-leading solution. - Ensure that system enhancements, testing issues, and information about ePrescribing, ePA, and real-time prescription benefits are communicated timely to the Manager, Digital Health and IT team. - Troubleshoot for system issues or questions. - Work with end users to suggest enhancements to the system or workflow processes to meet the needs of the business. - Assist leadership in documenting requirements for new processes, services, and changes to existing processes to achieve department business and strategic goals. - Assist leadership in oversight of setup and maintenance of system configuration. - Assist with IT after-hours support as needed. - Other duties as assigned.
