• Como Product Manager, formarás parte del equipo de Creative Lab, compuesto por Product Managers y especialistas en UI/UX. • Ejecutar el proceso de Discovery para diseñar el producto que se desarrollará en los próximos sprints. • Trabajar de cerca con el cliente y con un equipo multidisciplinario de especialistas de Derevo. • Utilizar técnicas de investigación de usuarios y metodologías como Design Thinking y Design Sprint. • Entregar la mejor propuesta de valor posible, superando las expectativas del cliente. • Definir épicas, features, user stories y criterios de aceptación para estructurar el backlog inicial.

Job Requirements

  • Licenciatura en informática, ingeniería, matemáticas, ciencias o afín
  • Inglés nivel C1 - Indispensable
  • 5 años de experiencia en Data Analytics y/o Desarrollo de software, es vital tener un background técnico.
  • 2 años de experiencia en algún rol afín a Product Management o Desarrollo de Productos.
  • Experiencia definiendo el Storytelling de Dashboards de analítica
  • Conocimientos básicos de procesos de negocios comerciales, financieros, de producción, gastos, etc.
  • Dominio avanzado de plataformas de BI como PBI, Qlik o Tableau
  • Conocimientos sólidos en Diseño de Modelos de Datos
  • Conocimientos sólidos en metodologías Ágiles y experiencia trabajando con SCRUM.
  • Capacidad para dirigir y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Dominio para dirigir juntas y capacidades de negociación con clientes.
