• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring they have the support and clarity needed to succeed in a fast-paced environment. • Understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products to identify opportunities for step-changes of specific customer segments. • Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI trees and frameworks to provide clear visibility on domain performance and trends. • Define key metrics reflecting product success and monitor health, while identifying growth opportunities in retention, engagement, and monetization through quantitative analysis. • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable narratives and strategies. • Lead efforts to automate data management and reporting processes, collaborating with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams. • Champion a hypothesis-driven approach, overseeing product A/B testing and funnel optimization to de-risk development.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in product analytics or related fields and Experimentation, working with large volumes of data.
- Proven track record in managing and mentoring teams, including continuously lifting the bar to drive insights and impact.
- Extensive SQL skills (experience with BigQuery is an asset) for complex data querying and ensuring data quality.
- Proficiency in utilizing and optimizing analytics platforms such as Looker, Amplitude, Power BI, or Tableau.
- A deep understanding of product development processes and the ability to align analytics insights with broader business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conversational to full professional proficiency in English.

Role Description The Engagement Lead is responsible for leading and guiding a team through the assessment or implementation of an analytics transformation and roadmap for a particular healthcare organization.
