Account Director
TH Experiential
• Own client relationships and lead integrated experiential programs • Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned accounts • Develop strategies for relationship-building, retention, and revenue growth • Lead pitch meetings, planning sessions, and strategic check-ins • Generate post-project plans, facilitate debriefs and key-learnings sessions • Manage day-to-day execution across concurrent programs • Build, manage, and mentor a team of client service managers • Proactively problem-solve and escalate with recommendations
Job Requirements
- 6-10 years in account management or client services
- At least 4 years in experiential marketing or event production
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in project management systems and CRMs (Slack, Asana, Podio, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable taking ownership and command of a room
- Ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy
- Organized, proactive, and capable of high-paced environments with complex timelines
