Senior 3D Experiential Designer

• Collaborate on RFP Development by crafting compelling spatial proposal responses, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice • Translate creative briefs into actionable, fabrication-ready spatial designs, including floorplans and elevations • Develop design concepts and related visuals through concept sketching and floor plan development, elevation drawings, 3D modeling, renderings, etc • Create detailed 3D models and high-quality renderings using SketchUp, Rhino, or Cinema 4D • 3D experience design including attendee journeys and value engineering all activation touchpoints • Create consumer flow charts highlighting event and guest flow throughout developed spaces • Manage fabrication and print vendor relations, handling troubleshooting and negotiations as needed • Review all material sample finishes and QC creative execution • Create decor + graphics packages for live programs, including sourcing event elements and mapping out suggested signage placement/materials/sizing • Collaborate with production teams, creative directors, and fabricators to ensure design feasibility and budget adherence • Conduct site visits and oversee installations to ensure design accuracy and highest creative execution • Post-events, participate in key learnings and their integration into future projects
Business Development Lead

• Build and manage a targeted pipeline across outbound, referrals, dormant past clients, and reactivation efforts • Own top-of-funnel strategy, including ICP definition, qualification criteria, and outreach prioritization • Develop and execute account plans for priority prospects and key growth accounts • Lead and shape early-stage client conversations to uncover needs and position solutions • Lead introductory calls, qualification discussions, and early commercial conversations • Own follow-up discipline after meaningful interactions, including documented next steps, due dates, and CRM updates within 24 hours • Drive opportunity momentum through proposal and decision stages, especially when deals stall • Partner with marketing, strategy, creative, and operations on account segmentation, list readiness, nurture strategy, and reporting hygiene • Ensure clean internal handoffs with full context, history, and clearly defined next steps • Lead 30/60/90-day post-event business development outreach to identify new work • Work with Executive team on strategic re-engagement for priority accounts • Surface and synthesize commercial signals, market feedback, and category opportunities that can translate into pipeline and revenue • Maintain and improve CRM workflows, pipeline tracking, and reporting accuracy
VP, Business Strategy – Operations

• Own and evolve TH’s business operations framework, ensuring projects follow the correct cadence from RFP through closeout • Enforce SOPs across all teams—not as “process police,” but as an empowered leader with authority and accountability • Establish and run operational rhythms that surface risk early, unblock teams, and keep leadership out of the weeds • Ensure work is set up correctly from the start so teams can deliver effectively without chronic overburn • Own resourcing and capacity planning across RFP and project teams • Ensure the agency is staffed sustainably—anticipating pinch points, freelancer needs, and upcoming demand • Maintain strategic oversight of financial health • Provide real oversight of production and account leadership • Ensure agency systems are set up correctly and integrated in day-to-day business • Improve reporting reliability
Senior Account Director – Head of Accounts

• Own the health, retention, and expansion of key client accounts post-award. • Build trusted, senior-level client relationships rooted in deep understanding of client business goals, constraints, and success metrics. • Stay actively engaged with clients between programs to remain top of mind and identify renewal and expansion opportunities. • Lead value-based conversations around pricing, scope, and investment—comfortable positioning TH’s work commercially, not just operationally. • Regularly assess and report on account health, risks, and growth paths. • Serve as the commercial owner of assigned accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and long-term client value. • Partner with leadership on account-level revenue forecasting and growth planning. • Contribute to incentive-aligned growth goals tied to renewals and expansion. • Balance client advocacy with business discipline to protect margins and set work up for success. • Lead the client experience from award through closeout, ensuring clarity, confidence, and strong partnership throughout delivery. • Translate creative and production realities into clear client communication—especially around budgets, timelines, feasibility, and tradeoffs. • Partner closely with Production and Creative to ensure alignment, expectation-setting, and proactive issue management. • Partner with Sales during handoff to ensure new client relationships are set up for long-term success. • Collaborate on proposals, scopes, and intake to ensure alignment with client goals, production realities, and growth strategy. • Build and shape the Account Management function, setting standards for client leadership, communication, and accountability. • Hire, mentor, and develop Account Managers as the team grows. • Establish clear role definitions and handoffs to reduce overload at the senior level. • Partner with Operations leadership to ensure clean workflows, SOPs, and cross-functional clarity.
