Job Requirements
- Professional experience at the mid or senior level in instructional design, learning design, education, course development, or training programs.
- Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Sana AI, or similar).
- Practical skills in prompt engineering.
- Experience delivering learning or content-driven projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experience with learning needs analysis and translating insights into effective learning solutions.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

What You'll Be Doing - Stay informed on statewide initiatives impacting K-12 schools and districts within Texas, and ensure IXL implementations and professional development are aligned. - Create and maintain a positive culture that drives performance and outcomes. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and grow customer relationships in Texas. - Partner with district leaders in Texas to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation aligned to their goals. - Travel to support districts, provide professional development, and observe team members—up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year. - Regularly observe professional development and provide actionable feedback to your team. - Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps.
