• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener dashboards interactivos y reportes en herramientas de analítica como Tableau y/o Power BI • Escribir consultas SQL (joins, agregaciones, subconsultas) para extraer, transformar y validar datos desde distintas fuentes • Apoyar la limpieza y preparación de datos utilizando Python (pandas, NumPy) y herramientas como Power Query o Tableau Prep • Participar en el ciclo analítico completo : entendimiento del negocio, ingesta, transformación, análisis exploratorio, visualización y documentación • Presentar hallazgos e insights de manera clara y concisa al equipo y apoyar sesiones de storytelling con datos • Documentar procesos, definiciones de KPIs y metodologías para asegurar calidad y trazabilidad
Job Requirements
- Estudiante activo/a de Ingeniería (Datos, Sistemas, Industrial, Software, etc.), Estadística, Matemáticas, Econometría o carreras afines con enfoque analítico
- Bases técnicas en SQL (SELECT, JOINS, GROUP BY) y Python (manejo de DataFrames con pandas)
- Manejo de Excel / Sheets a nivel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, funciones lógicas, gráficos)
- Conocimientos básicos de estadística y visualización de datos
- Mentalidad analítica, curiosa y muchas ganas de aprender
- Nivel de inglés intermedio (B2) para lectura de documentación y comunicación básica en entornos globales
