Role Description We are seeking a ServiceNow Workflow Automation Engineer who will be responsible for the hands‑on configuration, technical build, and automation development within the ServiceNow platform. This role will translate business and technical requirements into forms, workflows, business rules, automations, and integrations that support core county operations. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices. - Configure ServiceNow modules based on defined business and technical requirements - Build and maintain forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and automation - Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and other county systems (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server) - Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and contribute to testing cycles (UAT/SIT) - Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and platform standards - Partner with the implementation team to validate technical feasibility, recommend best practices, and support release planning - Own assigned modules and configuration areas, ensuring quality, stability, and continuous improvement Qualifications - Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow configuration and implementation - Working knowledge of core ITSM modules: Incident, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Change - Experience designing and building: - Flow Designer workflows - Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Notifications - Catalog Items & Record Producers - Experience with automation (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration preferred) - Ability to translate functional requirements into technical configurations - Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem‑solving skills - Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned modules/features Preferred Qualifications - Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth, APIs) - Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM best practices - Experience working with government or enterprise‑scale ServiceNow environments - Understanding of update set management, dev‑test‑prod migration, and configuration governance - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS‑ITSM, CIS‑Workflow, or CIC IntegrationHub)

• Evaluate entire commercial refrigeration systems for condition, capacity, and efficiency • Survey existing systems and collect pertinent system architecture information • Perform refrigeration load calculations • Arrange loads on appropriate compressor suction groups • Calculate compressor & condenser capacity & select new equipment when needed • Size all related piping, pressure regulating valves, etc. • Understand alternate system types and specify when needed • Generate refrigeration designs in compliance with all applicable codes and specifications • Assign tasks to team members and provide training when necessary • Review, approve, and take ownership for design work provided by team members

• Develop, customize, and implement Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho One products. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable Zoho solutions. • Create and configure custom modules, workflows, automations, and reports in Zoho. • Integrate Zoho with third-party applications using APIs and Deluge scripting. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications. • Participate in the full software development life cycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance of Zoho applications. • Provide training and ongoing support to clients on Zoho products and customized solutions. • Stay updated on the latest Zoho platform developments, best practices, and emerging trends.
