• Operate, scale, and support Kubernetes clusters in production environments • Manage and optimize AWS EKS and core AWS services • Support hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-prem) • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Improve system reliability, availability, performance, and monitoring • Troubleshoot complex system, container, and networking issues • Automate operational tasks using scripting (Python preferred, Go a plus) • Collaborate with development and platform teams to improve CI/CD and reliability

• Stand up a greenfield GitHub Enterprise Cloud environment and define scalable org/team/repo governance. • Establish practical standards (repo setup, branching, PR controls, lifecycle management) that support secure innersource collaboration. • Integrate with Azure Entra for SSO and enforce enterprise authentication and least privilege RBAC models. • Implement enterprise policies and audit logging/monitoring patterns to support oversight and compliance. • Reconnect or build a development + production pipeline aligned with secure SDLC practices and platform guardrails. • Plan and execute migration of one selected repository into GitHub Enterprise Cloud and validate integrity, permissions, and pipeline functionality. • Enable GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) (code scanning, secret scanning, dependency review/policies) and define basic governance/triage expectations. • Enable GitHub Copilot and deliver a structured remote Copilot Hackathon experience for a small developer group. • Produce clear architecture/governance documentation and lead knowledge transfer so the client can operate the platform post engagement.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps and SRE engineers including performance management, coaching, career development, and hiring. • Establish clear goals, expectations, and success metrics for the team; own and track team OKRs. • Foster a culture of operational excellence, ownership, reliability, and continuous improvement. • Partner closely with Engineering, Platform, Security, IT, and Product leaders to align infrastructure strategy with business and product goals. • Perform capacity planning, workload prioritization, and on-call rotations to ensure sustainable team operations. • Act as an escalation point for major incidents and drive actionable postmortems and systemic improvements. • Actively design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.). • Architect and operate CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe, and reliable software delivery. • Lead hands-on efforts in reliability, scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization. • Drive improvements in observability (logging, metrics, tracing), alerting, and incident response. • Work directly in production systems, including participating in on-call rotations when necessary. • Partner with application and platform teams to improve developer experience, deployment patterns, and operational readiness. • Evaluate, introduce, and standardize DevOps tools and practices across the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using modern mobile frameworks and engineering best practices. • Contribute to or lead the technical design and architecture of scalable, maintainable mobile solutions using clean architecture and established design patterns. • Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI and product teams. • Integrate mobile applications with backend systems, RESTful APIs, third-party services, and platform SDKs. • Support or lead the modernization and migration of existing mobile applications and platforms. • Build, maintain, or own CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and release workflows to ensure reliable and efficient mobile delivery. • Manage or contribute to mobile release processes, including versioning, signing, and deployment to application distribution platforms. • Ensure application quality, security, and performance through testing, monitoring, code reviews, and continuous improvement. • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, security, and product teams to deliver robust, user-focused solutions. • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, or team leadership aligned to your experience level and role focus.
