Senior Technical Strategy Lead

• Drive high impact initiatives at the intersection of AI, human data, and enterprise customers • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Engineering to design solutions • Own strategic customer engagements from discovery through delivery and expansion • Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients in AI, ML, NLP, and data-driven organizations • Lead and own internal initiatives from concept to execution (no hand-offs, no silos)
Job Requirements
- Significant experience in technical strategy, solutions, or client facing technical roles
- A background in Computational Linguistics, NLP, Machine Learning, or a closely related field
- Deep familiarity with human in the loop systems and linguistic data workflows
- Direct experience with Annotation, RLHF, or alignment workflows
- Linguistic data pipelines
- LLM training or evaluation
- An understanding of how AI systems are built and how AI companies generate revenue

• Define and Manage SOPs: In collaboration with business stakeholders and technology partners, define the problem and processes in place, identify changes to current state process to de-risk key workflows and bring broader transparency and alignment across functional teams. Document this in an SOP • Identify relevant stakeholders and forums with senior leaders as part of the new process • Align vision of the process with functional leads and executive leadership to gain buy-in and commitment. • Document strategic tradeoffs and decisions • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, product leads, and executive leadership • Fact Finding / Market Analysis: Use data and market landscape tools to generate hypotheses and validate assumptions about jobs to be done / problems to solve within an assortment of product verticals • Synthesize fact finding learnings and analysis for a broad audience of stakeholders include executives and product leaders • Leverage existing research and synthesis done to date to inform perspective on the heart of the problem • Make recommendations on next steps based on fact finding and market analysis/competitive research, including further strategic product investigation or solution brainstorms • Understand the Problem Space to inform early strategic options • Works with business, analytics, and design teams as well as product leadership to understand key cross-functional operational workflows, and key gaps in data (qualitative or quantitative) needed to drive a decision • Inform early strategic choices with partners within the organization and consider test risks and benefits
