Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or Business Systems Analyst
- deep Salesforce expertise: data model, automation, reporting, and governance
- proven ability to design scalable GTM processes and translate complex business requirements into system solutions
- strong technical skills - comfortable working in iPaaS platforms and integrations outside of Salesforce
- comfortable leading cross‑functional projects and communicating with non‑technical stakeholders
- curious and pragmatic about AI applications that drive GTM leverage

• Serve as the primary HubSpot admin (users, workflows, dashboards, automation, data hygiene). • Manage and optimize our sales tech stack (ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper, etc.). • Lead administration of a new CS platform. • Build and maintain reporting that powers forecasting, pipeline visibility, and customer insights. • Partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps to improve processes and create scalable, reliable systems.
