• Develop and enhance our web products, consistently ensuring quality and performance. • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that provide an outstanding user experience. • Contribute to technical and process documentation within the team. • Prioritize accessibility and the user interface of projects (UX/UI). • Review team code and assess whether it meets functional and performance criteria.

• Develop and support proprietary applications, websites, and services using React • Serve as a technical lead contributing to and directing the efforts of development teams, including internal and external members to deliver products and features on-time • Maintain ownership of the codebase architecture and quality • Develop new software to help modernize Healthcare IT and it's delivery • Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing across the Engineering Org. • Work with 3rd party vendors and customers to support their hardware on the eVisit platform • Evaluate processes, tools, and approaches to potentially incorporate into how we develop products to ensure we are always learning and improving
