• Utilize Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to identify process problems and work with internal teams to remediate and deliver operational efficiencies, cost reduction, or quality improvements. • Facilitate rapid improvement events with cross functional internal teams to develop process, identify process issues, and other strategic initiatives. • Facilitate all aspects of the development and implementation of operational/high level projects and processes either through independent/highly autonomous work or through the enablement of work teams to further the effective and efficient completion of objectives. • Help facilitate improvement training for internal teams to build a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. • Identify opportunities and take action to build strategic relationships between one’s area and other areas, teams, departments, and units to achieve business goals. • Serve as the primary technical anchor for our customers, providing the expertise needed to build robust, production-grade applications on our agentic platform. • Guide customers through rigorous, specification-first development to ensure AI agents and distributed systems meet strict functional requirements. • Provide hands-on architectural support for hardening systems, building policy ladders with extensive guardrails, and mitigating deployment risks. • Assist in environment setup and perform code reviews to ensure applications are production-grade. • Act as the technical anchor, bridging the gap between initial setup and final deployment with the goal of customer self-sufficiency. • Serve as the consistent expert for complex, customer-specific issues. • Join recurring customer meetings or host weekly "Office Hours" to stay aligned with the system's evolution and identify new opportunities to expand the account. • Act as the initial point of contact for complex issues that "spill over" from the broader Operational team. • Work closely with internal product and engineering teams across all project phases to influence roadmaps based on direct customer insights.

• Design and implement simulation motifs to drive realistic network scenarios. • Execute performance tests on different network platforms. • Validating simulation models against hardware. • Create tools for performance analysis and visualization. • Evaluate performance and scalability of proposed architectures. • Apply software engineering best practices to ensure reliable and efficient simulation outcomes. • Collaborate closely with network architects, ASIC designers, and software engineers.
