Role Description Sous la direction du Président du Département d’enseignement des Langues et Cultures, et en collaboration étroite avec la responsable administrative, vous assurerez la gestion quotidienne, administrative et logistique liée à l’enseignement du Département. - Être garant(e) de la gestion de la scolarité Langues : suivi des changements de groupe et des effectifs (Synapses), suivi des absences. - Travailler en transversal avec les services métiers et supports (Scolarité, Direction des Études, Graduate School, DSI, Audiovisuel, CPM, cellule e-learning). - Assurer l’organisation des contrôles classants. - Être garant(e) de la gestion des notes : recueil - mises en forme des fichiers Excel avec les notes des élèves - suivi des élèves insuffisants. - Organiser les sessions de rattrapage. - Organiser les examens internationaux : Linguaskill, TCF et remise des résultats. - Assurer la mise en place des différents semestres d’enseignement : calendriers semestriels, soutien à l’organisation des emplois du temps, notes d’organisation (édition - diffusion), mise à jour de Synapses, création des campagnes d’inscription, saisie des scores aux examens internationaux, programmation dans Synapses et modifications. - Apporter un soutien aux enseignants du Département. - Assurer l’accueil des étudiants. - Assurer les échanges d’information avec les autres scolarités et départements partenaires (Cycle polytechnicien, Bachelor, MSc&T, Masters IP Paris). Qualifications - Diplôme de niveau bac+2 (administration publique, assistanat, gestion administrative, etc.). - Une première expérience réussie dans l’environnement de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche est un atout. - Autonomie, rigueur et aptitude au travail en équipe. - Sens de l'organisation et capacité à accueillir le public.

• Maintain, develop and distribute enterprise reports and dashboards to key stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key business metrics. • Build scalable processes, tools, and reporting frameworks that enhance visibility, alignment, and decision-making across the business. • Collaborate with various stakeholder groups, including Sales Planning, Marketing, Finance, and the Sales Leadership Team, to gather reporting requirements and ensure data integrity. • Monitor and improve reporting tools and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy with a bias of automating the current manual Excel-based reporting suite to automated PowerBI reporting. • Train and support end-users on reporting tools and processes. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Mentor Trade Analyst to advance knowledge of trade spending strategy.

• Seeking an Environmental Principal - Manager, with established client relationships to provide advanced professional guidance, leadership, technical skills, consultation, and support to the specialists and experts in the Texas environmental disciplines. • This position will require management, oversight and mentoring of staff and consulting to clients for environmental and engineering projects such as Phase I environmental site assessments, site investigation and remediation programs for contaminated soil, groundwater, soil vapor, hazardous waste sites, compliance issues and brownfield / real estate development and commercial mortgage lending. • Act as the key member of the Texas and Gulf Coast states to drive profitable growth of the environmental consulting disciplines. • Direct projects and oversee key client relationships, including the management and development of staff and the development of new business opportunities with support from our business development team. • Acts as a consultant in the coordination of internal personnel and subcontractors for completion of projects. • Provides cost engineering analysis, and environmental risk analysis for environmental projects. • Ensures compliance, regulation review, and interaction with regulatory agencies.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound, time-sensitive cyber incidents, monitoring designated intake channels and responding within required timeframes. • Coordinate and facilitate rapid scoping calls with clients and internal stakeholders to support swift case activation. • Act as a client-facing communications lead during early-stage incidents, maintaining clear, calm, and professional engagement under pressure. • Collect, organize, and document pre-scoping and intake information required to support operational readiness and Statement of Work (SOW) drafting. • Create and manage secure internal communication channels (e.g., Slack or Telegram) for active incidents, ensuring accurate, real-time updates are maintained. • Track incident status, action items, and dependencies, proactively following up to keep cases moving forward. • Support post-scoping operational steps, including coordination of secure data exchange processes and internal handoffs once approvals are in place. • Maintain detailed and organized case notes, timelines, and communication records throughout the lifecycle of an incident. • Escalate risks, blockers, or urgent issues promptly to appropriate internal stakeholders. • Operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-moving situations, adapting quickly as new information becomes available.
