• Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems in the Pharma and Lifescience domain • Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs • Knowledge of advanced analytics approaches methodologies and best practices for leveraging data to drive informative decisions • Proficiency in using advanced analytics to drive business value including ROI/value assessment, digital KPI tracking, campaign measurement, etc • Experience leveraging complex data to drive business decisions, hands-on experience in data science methodologies (predictive analytics, machine learning, patient-level data triggers) using R, Pytong, Databricks, and deep knowledge of Qlik, PowerBI, and Tableau for visualization. • Fluency with pharma data sources such as Veeva and IQVIA (Plantrak, LAAD, PE, etc) including RWD sources such as TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, Komodo, etc. • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action; excellent analytical skills and an ability to communicate complex issues simply and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues & mitigate risks • Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders. • Present analytic solutions to business audiences highlighting the robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value • Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights • Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and develop plans to help operationalize analytics solution

• Performs RN duties using established guidelines to ensure appropriate level of care • Planning for the transition to the continuum of care • Assesses patient's clinical need against established guidelines and standards • Evaluates the necessity and efficiency of medical services and procedures provided • Coordinates plan implementation for members • Monitors and coordinates services rendered outside of the network • Advocates for the member/family among various sites for resource utilization • Documents accurately based on standards of practice and policies • Interacts with multidisciplinary teams to manage continuity of care • Evaluates care through problem solving and quality improvement participation

• Insuring evidence-based medication utilization among our membership through prior authorization criteria development and implementation • Upholding defined clinical turnaround times and goals set forth in current contracts, accreditation standards and corporate guidance • Providing clinical insight and leadership to direct reports • Reviewing formulary, utilization management, and drug pipeline guide GEHA decision making • Responsible for the day-to-day clinical management of the pharmacy benefit, team, and deliverables • Provide clinical guidance, support and oversight to the assigned clinical team • Independently completes accurate and comprehensive clinical review of internal and external impacts; provides recommendations as applicable • Serves as clinical pharmacy SME on projects and clinical care activities • Works across internal teams and partners to align strategic initiatives related to HEDIS and member experience optimization • Works in partnership with division leadership to implement and maintain regulatory compliance (AAAHC, OPM, OIG, etc)

• Collaborates with members of an inter-disciplinary care team (ICT), providers, community and faith-based organizations to improve quality and meet the needs of the individual, natural supports and the population with culturally competent delivery of care, services and supports • Facilitates communication, coordinates care and service of the member through assessments, identification, person-centered planning, assist the member in creation and evaluation of person-centered care plans • Engage the member and their natural support system through strength-based assessments and a trauma-informed care approach using motivation interviewing • Facilitate regularly scheduled inter-disciplinary care team (ICT) meetings to meet the needs of the member • Develop and regularly update a person-centered individualized care plan (ICP) in collaboration with the ICT • Identify and manage barriers to achievement of care plan goals • Assist with empowering the member to manage and improve their health, wellness, safety, adaptation, and self-care through effective care coordination and case management • Facilitate coordination, communication and collaboration with the member the ICT in order to achieve goals and maximize positive member outcomes • Educate the member/ natural supports about treatment options, community resources, insurance benefits, etc. • Employ ongoing assessment and documentation to evaluate the member’s response to and progress on the ICP • Document care coordination activities and member response in a timely manner according to standards of practice and CareSource policies regarding professional documentation • Adherence to NCQA and CMSA standards • Perform any other job duties as requested
