Role Description As a Staff Software Engineer on the Ads Business Manager team, you will develop a long-term technical strategy to unlock the next tier of agency enablement on the Reddit Ads Platform. This is a high-agency position for an engineer who can navigate ambiguity and take decisive ownership of the technical direction in collaboration with other engineers, teams, and stakeholders.
