• You'll work in a squad with PM, 2 backend engineers, 2 iOS engineers, 1 Android engineer, and 2 QA engineers – helping product teams ship faster with better stability and developer experience. • Develop clean, scalable iOS code using Swift with SwiftUI/UIKit hybrid UI, following best practices and strict quality standards. • Lead architecture and design decisions using Tuist for modular setup, custom MVI with Combine/CombineFeedback, and backend-driven UI components. • Actively participate in code reviews; write and maintain comprehensive XCTest unit/integration tests. • Implement Fastlane CI/CD pipelines, SwiftLint enforcement, and contribute to 40+ modules across Foundation, Platform, and Domain layers. • Collaborate with backend (Go exposure), QA, and Android teams to deliver reliable features and resolve production issues. • Improve developer experience through reusable components, automation, monitoring, and fintech engineering culture.

• Lead the design of high-performance distributed systems capable of handling global traffic • Develop and refine services to improve scalability and efficiency • Drive the transition toward a service-oriented architecture (SOA) to ensure modularity and resilience • Set the bar for code quality by enforcing SOLID principles, design patterns, and testing standards • Actively coach mid-level engineers through deep code reviews and technical knowledge sharing • Identify bottlenecks in services and implement advanced caching and database strategies • Partner with Product and DevOps to translate complex requirements into scalable technical roadmaps

• Act as a key contributor to the support and evolution of applications built with C# .NET and SQL Server, interacting with legacy components when necessary, and contributing to the creation of innovative and robust solutions. • Develop, debug, and optimize complex T-SQL stored procedures supporting critical business workflows. • Maintain and enhance Windows Services and background processes integrated with external systems and hardware. • Diagnose and resolve production issues in on-premises environments, ensuring operational continuity. • Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. • Contribute to modernization initiatives and continuous improvement of engineering practices. • Continuously maintain and enhance existing systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
