• Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web-based digital platforms • Develop and execute end-to-end, regression, functional, and integration test suites using Playwright, BrowserStack, or similar tools • Reduce reliance on repetitive manual testing by identifying automation opportunities across key workflows • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions or comparable deployment workflows • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and technical leads to ensure new features are supported by proper automated test coverage • Establish structured test management, documentation, and reporting practices using tools such as TestRail, Jira, GitHub, or similar platforms • Provide clear visibility into product quality, test results, release readiness, and risk areas • Support the engineering team in defining best practices for testable, reliable, and maintainable software • Contribute to error tracking, defect documentation, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement • Ensure production issues are documented, analyzed, and converted into preventive automated test cases when applicable • Act as a quality advocate within Agile teams, promoting a proactive quality engineering mindset across the SDLC.

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Microsoft-native, Azure-based applications and data solutions built by the business. • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing. • Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps or Jira. • Test applications built using .NET/C# and Azure-based services. • Validate quality of data-integrated systems, APIs, and SQL-backed components. • Contribute to development and implementation of automation testing strategies, using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. • Work closely with developers and technical consultants to clarify acceptance criteria and validate feature readiness. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Qualifications - Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, including test design, requirement analysis, and exploratory testing techniques. - Proficiency in UI testing, using both automated tools and manual clients. - Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset for finding edge cases and documenting clear, reproducible bug reports. - Knowledge of SQL and database basics, enabling you to verify data integrity and perform deeper backend testing. - Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Sentry, Grafana, Loki) to help investigate and reproduce production issues. - Great communication skills and a proactive attitude toward collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues. - Practical programming skills (TypeScript, JavaScript is a plus) and hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks (Playwright is a plus), with the ability to write and update existing automated tests. - Experience with Git for version control. - Proficiency in API testing, using both automated tools and manual clients. - Basic understanding of Docker for running tests in containers. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., BitBucket, GitHub Actions), including the ability to run tests and investigate pipeline failures.
