• The UIUX Designer is responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. • Shape the visual aspects of websites. • Collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base. • Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project specifications. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives. • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for digital and print media. • Create and design various projects using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Jira. • Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and implementation. • Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines. • Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions. • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design outcomes. • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to enhance skill set and creative output.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe in Design, Jira is a must.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.

Role Description We are seeking a versatile Product Designer to join our fast-growing team and help elevate the user experience across a diverse portfolio of CRM platforms, engineering applications, Revit add-ins, and emerging AI tools serving the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Your work will directly influence tools used in high-impact, real-world contexts. We’re looking for a designer with exceptional craftsmanship—someone who can translate ideas into pixel-perfect interfaces, is fluent in industry-standard design tools, and brings strong visual and interaction design sensibilities.
