Job Description

Data and BI Analyst – Mid/Senior

OpenCircle

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI • Translate business requirements into KPIs, metrics, and visual analyses • Create efficient data models for analytical consumption • Work with DAX, relationships, and performance optimization • Apply data storytelling to make indicators easier to interpret • Identify process improvement opportunities based on data • Support data organization in Azure and/or AWS environments • Work with data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.) • Participate in defining business rules applied to data • Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability • Support technical teams in structuring datasets for analysis • Interact with teams such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product • Help users translate needs into measurable indicators • Serve as an internal point of reference for BI and data visualization topics

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation)
  • Experience with data analysis and manipulation
  • Knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling
  • Intermediate/advanced SQL
  • Experience with data stored in Azure and/or AWS
  • Experience integrating data from multiple sources
