Technical Project Manager

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Document current (“as-is”) workflows and design improved (“to-be”) processes to enhance operational efficiency and user experience • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements in collaboration with the development team • Leverage data-driven insights to assess solution feasibility, business impact, and alignment with strategic objectives • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resource planning, dependencies, and delivery estimates • Drive Agile delivery ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, blockers and delivery concerns • Coordinate with development, QA, and business stakeholders to support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation readiness, and successful production deployment • Maintain accurate project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, and delivery documentation. • Facilitate alignment between business, technical, and operational stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, IT Project Management, Business Analysis, or related technology delivery roles
- Proven experience leading software development lifecycle (SDLC) initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional technology projects involving business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA, and operational users
- Strong understanding of requirements management, delivery governance, risk management, and solution implementation practices
- Experience working within fast-paced, evolving technology environments with multiple concurrent priorities preferred.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certifications.
