Workday HCM Functional Architect – Advisory, RFP Support

• Provide advisory support on job architecture and compensation structure design • Ensure alignment of proposed frameworks with Workday HCM data models and configuration requirements • Review and guide deliverables to support a Workday-ready design approach • Collaborate with internal teams to shape RFP response content and solution approach • Identify potential risks, gaps, and considerations related to future Workday implementation • Offer best practice recommendations based on prior Workday deployments
• Conduct a comprehensive inventory of all 16 legacy applications, including their current state, functionality, and dependencies. • Identify and document the location, hosting environment, and infrastructure supporting each application. • Gather and analyze user feedback, workflows, and usage patterns by interviewing key stakeholders and observing application usage. • Map out and document the business processes supported by each application, identifying both upstream and downstream dependencies. • Assess the business value, criticality, and risks associated with each application, particularly in relation to security vulnerabilities and potential failures. • Evaluate and prioritize applications based on usage frequency, business impact, technical debt, and security risks. • Develop a strategic roadmap for application modernization. • Identify and engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. • Create detailed documentation of each application, including technical specifications and user guides. • Identify and assess risks associated with maintaining legacy applications. • Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for the modernization program. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the modernization strategy.
Project Manager – ERP Discovery, SAP PM/MM Replacement

• Lead the discovery phase to evaluate alternatives to existing SAP PM and MM modules. • Develop and manage the discovery project plan, timeline, and key deliverables. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews across facilities management, campus operations, procurement, and IT teams. • Gather and document business requirements related to facilities operations, plant maintenance, asset lifecycle management, work order management, inventory management, and procurement processes. • Document current-state processes, system architecture, and operational dependencies. • Support the evaluation of potential ERP platforms and vendor solutions that could replace SAP PM and MM functionality. • Partner with facilities leadership, campus operations teams, procurement, finance, and IT leadership to ensure alignment across departments. • Develop key discovery outputs including current-state process documentation, business and technical requirements, and system dependency mapping.
• Lead the technical conversion of SAS datasets, programs, and logic to SQL Server • Analyze existing SAS workflows and translate them into efficient SQL Server–based solutions • Design, implement, and optimize SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, views, and queries • Own SQL Server administration, including: Performance tuning and indexing, Security and access controls, and b ackup, recovery, and reliability practices • Validate data accuracy and performance against existing SAS outputs • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure a successful migration • Document architecture, migration patterns, and operational procedures
• Lead IT projects supporting CMS 9115-F and CMS 0057 regulatory requirements • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and external vendors • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables • Ensure health plan compliance with CMS mandates, interoperability standards, and data-sharing regulations • Track project milestones and provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership • Support API- and FHIR-based data exchange and interoperability initiatives • Oversee testing, implementation, rollout, and post-go-live support activities
