Account Manager

PlatformQ

• Lead key project operational elements from client onboarding, legal regulatory approval, production, execution, and reporting across Medlive ’s promotional programs. • Serve as client-facing point of contact for external stakeholders and clients. • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project and program plans, timelines, and budgets. • Track, analyze, and report on program performance, deliverables, and key metrics. • Work with Medlive ’s marketing team to ensure that all aspects of the promotional program are complete, free from error, and in compliance with client regulatory/legal requirements. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across program objectives, deliverables, and execution plans. • Travel up to 10% to support in-studio broadcasts, as needed

Job Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a project management or client service capacity in the healthcare space
  • Healthcare agency experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regularly shifting goals and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team that owns multiple projects that involve various internal and external partners
