• Collaborate with our Product team to test and shape course ideas before Ziplines decides to bring a course to market. • Own the end-to-end SME experience, ensuring SMEs are aligned to Ziplines processes, and objectives, set up for success, and positioned to deliver high-quality, relevant content. • Lead a core group of SMEs to flesh out the product brief and move toward a course syllabus with weekly topic coverage, capstone assignments, and learning objectives. • Onboard and coach module SMEs to design and build a module capstone assignment and then use backward design principles to outline module lessons, exercises, and video scripts. • Coach SMEs on video scripting/outlining, video performance, and video setup. • Review and mark up raw video and work with our graphics team to ensure that core concepts are effectively illustrated by in-video graphics. • Storyboard in Rise 360 (Articulate). • Build expository, illustrative, reinforcement and application elements in Rise 360. • Design and revise capstone assignments in Google Suite. • Design and revise live session slide decks in Google slides. • Track and update tasks and status using existing workflows in Monday.com and Notion. • After launch, revise and tune modules to improve learner and market performance using data and insights from learners, instructors, learner support staff, Product, and Marketing. • Ziplines courses follow specific instructional design, visual design, brand voice, accessibility, and editorial standards, and all output must align with those standards. • Our courses are marketed to launch to learners on specific dates, so time is of the essence in all our work. The ability to meet and manage deadlines is key.
• Design and develop visually-engaging slide decks that bring educational content to life, simplifying complex ideas and fostering learner engagement. • Create each slide to support key concepts and align with learning objectives, creating a clear and immersive educational experience. • Work closely with instructional designers and the design team to understand learning objectives and translate them into engaging visual narratives. • Apply user-centered design principles to ensure learning materials are intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly. • Maintain consistency with company branding guidelines and templates while incorporating visual elements that enhance learning outcomes. • Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with project goals.

• Lead the team and raise the bar: Lead, coach, and develop a junior, hourly, or part-time frontline team handling high-intent prospective learner conversations. • Set clear expectations for judgment, speed, accuracy, and experience, and coach to performance using consistent feedback loops. • Handle escalations, partner concerns, and complex cases, ensuring issues are resolved with accountability and care. • Build staffing discipline and operating rigor: Own forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization — building staffing models that match demand and protect service levels as volume grows. • Run day-to-day performance across coverage, responsiveness, and assisted conversion, adjusting staffing, workflows, and priorities in real time. • Create sustainable ways to track and report activities, costs, and impact so decisions get better over time. • Drive outcomes with the right metrics: Define and own the core KPIs for enrollment enablement (conversion, yield, speed to convert) and use activity metrics as drivers. • Set activity expectations that support those KPIs, then coach reps based on what moves results. • Hold the team accountable for enrollment outcomes with a management approach that is direct, fair, and informed. • Standardize the experience through systems and processes: Expand our current capabilities by designing repeatable systems that can scale with our business growth. • Build and enforce processes that ensure accuracy and consistency across every learner interaction. • Establish and evolve SLAs for speed, accuracy, quality, and learner experience, and lead team execution to deliver against them consistently. • Build standardized workflows and playbooks so great interactions are not dependent on individual expertise. • Implement and iterate on tools and processes that make quality repeatable and scalable. • Be a cross-functional driver: Turn enrollment enablement interactions into actionable insights that inform messaging, journey improvements, and process optimization. • Partner with product and growth to align priorities, requirements, and execution plans that improve learner experience and assisted conversion. • Drive cross-functional follow-through on enrollment enablement priorities, owning your team’s impact end to end.
• Own and Execute Meta Paid Social End-to-End. You will directly build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta paid social campaigns across a complex, multi-brand portfolio. • Analyze Performance and Develop Clear Hypotheses. You will regularly dig into campaign performance data to understand what’s driving results across audiences, messaging, formats, and placements. • Generate Actionable Creative Insights. You will translate performance data into concrete creative guidance for product marketing and design. • Communicate Results and Recommendations. You will share clear, concise performance readouts and recommendations with cross-functional partners and leadership. • Set Direction Within the Channel. You’ll help shape paid social strategy for the channels you own.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned learners across Slack, email, and Zoom. • Foster trust and connection while supporting learners in overcoming both technical challenges and emotional hurdles as they navigate the AI landscape. • Lead weekly Slack communications, provide motivational updates, and respond promptly to questions. • Conduct 1:1 check-ins or small group outreach for at-risk learners, providing personalized support and encouragement. • Engage in weekly live sessions as a moderator and co-host, managing Zoom logistics, chat engagement, breakout rooms, and learner support needs. • Partner with instructors to create an interactive, high-energy environment that reflects the dynamic nature of the AI space. • Track learner activity, completion of weekly assignments, and participation in both asynchronous and synchronous components. • Flag and proactively intervene with at-risk learners, using data from the Learning Management System and communication logs. • Maintain updated and organized documentation on each learner’s progress and engagement.
