Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, preferably in a software or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Desire to transition into an Account Executive role within 6 months.
  • Strong proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for business development and client management.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a strategic approach to business expansion.
  • Advanced outbound/cold-calling skills, with proficiency in tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to engage in high-level conversations with a strong intellectual quotient (IQ).

Job Summary: ​ The Business Development Manager will understand and support the breadth of Array's customers, which range from EPC companies to solar project developers, to Independent Power Producers (IPPs). This individual will understand the different customer metrics and concerns and how to improve Array's offerings to better meet customer needs. This individual will advocate for the customer within Array by defining customer requirements, prioritizing these requirements, and identifying new opportunities for Array to add value.
