• The Automation and AI Engineer is a member of the HR Technology team and responsible for designing, building, and implementing intelligent plugins and automations that enhance our enterprise workflows. • In this role, you will be responsible for executing the HR Automation and AI product roadmap, aligning with HR organization goals and helping maximize value from investments in Agentic AI platforms. • Learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks/Serval and other AI platforms with hands-on training. • Design, build, and deploy custom plugins for Moveworks or Serval platforms. • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across COEs, HR and IT to gather and validate requirements. • Lead successful implementation of the AI agents & integrations by working closely with your team as well as key stakeholders. • Conduct technical analysis and workshops with IT and Solution Architects to design the integrations for these AI agents.

• Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations of CrowdStrike’s capabilities to secure AI aligned to GTM motions, use cases, and threats across the AI lifecycle and attack surface • Build workshops, technical whitepapers, and best practice guides that accelerate adoption and highlight CrowdStrike's differentiation in securing AI apps, models, and infrastructure • Create technical thought leadership content including blogs, webinars, technical articles, and conference presentations that showcase CrowdStrike's innovation • Support platform positioning and messaging by providing technical expertise on AI security threats, attack vectors, and platform capabilities • Play a key role in launch planning and execution, ensuring technical readiness, demo availability, and field enablement for new platform AI security capabilities • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Enablement to develop technical sales plays, training materials that sharpen differentiation in AI security evaluations • Represent CrowdStrike at events as a technical subject matter expert on securing AI, demonstrating platform capabilities and engaging with technical audiences

• Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture blueprint and reference models. • Evaluate and select AI platforms, frameworks, vector databases, LLMs, and tooling for application integration. • Provide architectural leadership for generative AI and agentic workflows in products and internal applications. • Establish patterns for retrieval augmented generation (RAG), model orchestration, and evaluation pipelines. • Partner with Data & Analytics to design end to end data flows that support AI workloads, including ingestion, transformation, storage, and retrieval patterns that ensure accuracy and performance. • Ensure AI solutions integrate cleanly with enterprise data ecosystems by defining standards for metadata, lineage, governance, and interoperability across operational systems, data pipelines, and analytical platforms. • Lead end-to-end architecture for AI powered features, including model integration, API design, data flows, and security controls. • Work with development teams to ensure AI components are modular, scalable, and resilient. • Guide teams in fine tuning, prompt engineering, model optimization, and inference best practices. • Oversee architectural reviews and provide hands-on technical support during implementation. • Partner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure AI systems follow responsible AI principles and risk controls. • Define processes for model monitoring, safety evaluations, versioning, data lineage, and auditability. • Ensure adherence to data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory standards. • Advise the CIO, CTO, and senior leadership on emerging AI technologies and strategic opportunities. • Mentor developers and technical leads to build organizational capability in AI engineering. • Work cross-functionally with product management to translate business needs into AI architectural patterns. • Represent the Application Development team in AI governance and enterprise architecture forums. • Interface and knowledge share with domain experts in Research and Advisory groups.
