• Improve systems, automate reporting, and turn financial data into clear business insight • Build and improve weekly and monthly P&L reporting, reforecasting, and business planning • Analyze deviations vs plan, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions, not just insights • Create management-ready financial presentations covering P&L, KPIs, and cash burn • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and BI • Improve FP&A processes end-to-end: clarity, speed, accuracy, automation • Help establish a culture where every dollar spent is driven by the business plan
Job Requirements
- 5–6+ years of experience in FP&A or similar financial roles
- Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience in e-commerce, tech, or fast-growing environments is a strong plus
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your thinking
- Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Strong communicator — you can turn numbers into clear business narratives
