Fanatics, Inc.
• Define and own the product design vision and strategy for the Fanatics Credit Card and supporting products. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring cohesive, fan-focused experiences. • Establish and scale design systems, processes, and best practices across teams. • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product design team. • Oversee end-to-end design execution for high-priority initiatives, from discovery through delivery. • Act as a key partner to executive leadership, influencing product roadmaps and business priorities through design thinking.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of product design experience, with at least 5 years in design leadership roles.
- Proven experience scaling design teams and systems in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design leadership on consumer-facing digital products (sports, gaming, or entertainment a plus).
- Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, design thinking, and user research methods.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
