• Lead and manage planning and budgeting processes, coordinating with key business stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of and improving 13-week cash/liquidity forecasts. • Professionalize and adapt financial reporting for capital providers (equity and debt investors, including banks). • Support various project-based initiatives such as process improvements and automation that require financial expertise and in-depth analysis. • Work closely with major business units across roadsurfer, providing analytical and financial support for cross-functional projects. • Reevaluate and further develop existing processes to raise professionalism and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial consulting (investment banking, corporate finance advisory, transaction services) or in-house finance/strategy roles, preferably in the travel sector or a B2C business.
  • Strong team player who collaborates effectively within Finance and across departments.
  • Enjoys and creates structure, while thriving in a dynamic work environment.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and strong financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strong commercial/business acumen.
  • Experience with LucaNet is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
