Associate Solutions Consultant
Granicus
• Participate in Stage 2+ opportunities by preparing for and documenting discovery calls. • Translate discovery insights into draft solution designs using established templates. • Identify early-fit signals and product alignment with support from more senior SCs. • Capture customer goals, pain points, and workflows in written form to support later demo or proposal work. • Review solution patterns and use cases to understand how Granicus platforms solve civic problems. • Work in Salesforce and Teams to maintain records, collaborate with AEs, and update internal documentation. • Contribute to internal retrospectives, playbook enhancements, or shared demo resources as you learn.
Job Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in SaaS, consulting, or public sector problem-solving roles.
- A passion for public service and interest in how government services can be improved through technology.
- Strong communication skills and curiosity around discovery, stakeholder needs, and product alignment.
- Exposure to or interest in CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), collaboration tools (Teams), or business analysis methods.
- A high level of accountability and willingness to grow from feedback, coaching, and real-world opportunity work.
- Commitment to cross-functional learning and supporting teammates through shared insights.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy healthcare integrations using InterSystems IRIS or other integration platforms. • Implement production components—business services, processes, and operations—primarily through code (ObjectScript, Embedded Python, or similar), minimizing reliance on BPL. • Interpret business and technical requirements and convert them into scalable, supportable integration designs. • Build message transformations, routing logic, and custom adapters as required. • Work with HL7 v2, FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, X12, and other healthcare data formats and transport protocols. • Collaborate closely with analysts, business teams, and external partners to clarify requirements and ensure successful solution delivery. • Troubleshoot issues using logs, message tracing, and integration engine tooling. • Provide mentorship, code reviews, and architectural guidance to junior team members. • Identify opportunities to improve team processes, tools, and integration standards; propose and lead technology-enhancing initiatives. • Adhere to organizational standards for security, reliability, testing, and documentation.
• Responsible for overseeing design, architecture, and implementation of various Dynamics 365 F&O solution components, as well as support efforts of solution consultants in other technical and business disciplines. • Design, implement and Support Long View’s Business Application D365 Finance & Operation portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders (business clients, business analysts, developers, other architects), defining customer solutions, and delivering engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements. • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Digital Architects to identify growth opportunities and build sales strategies for identified opportunities. • Proactively build a pipeline of opportunities to support the delivery of territory revenue targets. • Maximize D365 Ongoing Support & Services delivery value to clients through regular reviews of utilization, working with clients, consultants, and scrum masters to shape backlogs and ensure alignment to client success. • Keep your team updated on exciting LVS news such as wins, growth, new branches, company direction and strategic sessions. • Act as an escalation point for matters related to our offerings and lead or assist in the development of resolution plans as required. • Provide direction and assistance to team members on how to deal with situations and issues on their own.
